During the planning process, we provide our clients with a skills matrix to identify any gaps and work closely with resource and project/site managers to ensure that all key personnel are covered. Our in-house quality management system (QMS) ensures that all staff is informed and that all health and safety issues are addressed before entering the site. We take responsibility for the legal obligations of all employees, temporary workers, and contractors working on the project. On the company’s behalf, and all other people affected by its activities.
